For a long time, I had this idea that coherence meant balance, the illusion of everything being more or less in place; but we all know  is never that linear nor perfect as there's always going to be something caught in the coggs of life.

Real coherence is not so much about calm to me, its about integrity and coherence in your values, its about some kind of congruency with all your parts.

Its when WHO you are, WHAT you value, and how you move through the world all line up and tell the same story! that was a total light bulb for me and for many of us that story isnt complete until our work becomes an expression of WHO we truly are.

​

That's the part so many people skip! They find love in their personal life or alignment in their work -but they havent yet integrated their gifts into how they show up in the world. 

​

That dissonace eventually starts to hurt, and creates such a gap that we nearly feel like two people, one that quopes with not being oneself, and compensates, and one that dreams of a different life without knowing how to get there.
