
Transformational Breathwork
Breath-work is the #1 fastest growing modality in the health care industry because breathing with awareness is truly a game changer. For me, breath is life and we engage with life with a renewd sense of awe when we understand that breath regulates emotions and releases unwanted trauma.Its like as wee breath again, there's an opportunity to let go. Your breath has the power to unlock your true potential by accessing your subconscious mind. You can heal deep seated trauma and alleviate long standing stress, and for some even PTSD. I can tell you that when I did my first transformational journey I released what 5 + years of talk therapy couldn't touch, and that to me is simply outstanding.

They are two types of Breathwork Journeys: Parasympathetic & Sympathetic. (There are true benefits to both, lets figure out which is right for you.)

Sympathetic Breathwork journey is the most popular type: There are a few contra-indications that need mentioning:

If you are pregnant its a no no, as it could induce birthing-

If you have heart disease. NO activating/holotropic breath ONLY downregulation is good.

-Epilepsy - Mental Illness -on medication.No activating /holotropic breath ONLY downregulating breath is good.​

-High blood pressure NO activating/holotropic breath ONLY downregulating is good!
If you are looking to deal with past traumas, generational traumas, addictions, hang-ups, stressors, and anxieties, PTSD, and other major factors that are holding you back, this may very well be the best option for you. This includes a specific musical playlist along with intense verbal guidance and when done in person, can also include somatic healing if you so choose. That said, it's a truly active breathing journey that demands of you to be fully present and ready to challenge your limiting beliefs and fears. Major emotions can come up, your mind may fight you, and you may have resistance, but that is the work and its also the beauty of it, which is to push through and the discomfort will be so WORTH IT ! Basically the release is so profound that one feels like a blank page, I call it the TOTAL RESET. Each journey has a theme to work on, for example letting go, or abundance or awakening etc...
Parasympathetic Breathwork journey:
Parasympathetic Breathwork is a much more calm type of transformational breathwork, and is the least active of the two choices. That said, don't let this fool you, there are still some amazing breakthroughs that can come from this type of journey as well. A parasympathetic consists of 3 or 4 LSD low slow deep breathing techniques with music and minimal verbal guidance. This type of journey allows you to go into a meditative state where some clients have described that experience as a deep and profound grounding into the body; Some have had awesome breakthroughs, they mentionned connecting with their higher self, and feeling some sort of guidance, or frequency upgrade. In a way I am not surprised because, its an energetic re- activation, or call it an upgrade. Remember, you are the guide and you are the healer, definitely when it comes to somatic healing, the body is all knowing.
